We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. At this moment, Returns and Refunds are only given in form of Store Credit, that you can use to buy other products of Prident.

Returns are valid if the product you've received is damaged or defective, in that case our team will inspect the item after we have received it back and your payment will be refunded in your bank account within business 3 days of us receiving the product if there are no discrepancies found.

You can get your item exchanged for free if there is a size issue.

Products must be unwashed and unworn with original tags.

How long is my Return or Exchange going to take?

Please allow 3-5 business days from the time we receive your package to process your return/exchange.

Please allow 3-5 business days after we have processed your return to reflect the store credit
