Shipping Policy

All orders placed on our store are shipped all across India.

All orders are shipped out Monday - Friday. Orders placed Friday - Sunday will be shipped out the following Monday/Tuesday.

Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed before it ships. During sales and holidays allow 2-5 business days for processing before shipment.

Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address and whatsapp number you provide at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information within 1-2 business days after the above processing time, you can contact us

Shipments within India are estimated to take 2-8 business days in transit and are typically delivered within a minimum of 1 day and a maximum of 10 days.

Complications with delivery are rare, but please contact the shipping carrier to handle these issues. Once the shipment has left our facilities, we are unable to offer assistance.

Prident is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery partner or lost packages due to address errors.

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be due at the time of delivery. If you do not pay the fees, your package will be returned to us and we will refund you the cost of the order excluding shipping.
